It sleeps 8 comfortablly. (we did this the 1st trip it was used. 3 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs) and is light in weight, weighing in at less than 10,000lb fully loaded. (2800lb in garage, and 100gal fresh water tank) In the bathroom there is a tub/shower. It has a furnace or AC or if you are like me and dont want to use propane to heat the trailer, use the fireplace to heat it. Has Entertainment system in the living area complete with TV. System contains DVD/CD player, a radio, even a USB port to listen to MP3's or an Aux port to plug in the iPod. and Bluetooth connection. Has fridge, freezer, 3 burner stove and an oven. Above the stove is a microwave. it also has a double sink with covers for the sinks and one for the stove. The garage contains a folding benches or bed and a "loft type" adjustable bunk (150lbs max weight). Lots of storage and a screen over the door. If you so desire to separate the garage portion from the rest of the trailer, there is a sliding door as well as a screen door. Lots of electrical outlets and lighting. Highly recommend that the vehicle being used to haul the trailer be able to pull 12,000lbs. Also You will have to have a 2 5/16" ball for the hitch. (my hitch is set up for the height of my truck.
